If you no longer want a payment to be automatically taken when your membership expires, ensure you cancel the direct debit before your membership expires.
You can do this by contacting your bank and requesting that they cancel the scheduled payment to the Newt in Somerset.
Please let us know when you have cancelled this via support@candide.com with your name, email address and last 4 digits of the card you used for the payment.
