If there is more than one person on your membership, the other members can now access it via their Candide app.

To do this, the other member will need to make sure they have created a Candide app account.

Once logged in, they will need to find their User ID by following the below steps.

Step 1

Select the 3 lines in the left-hand corner, beside the search bar.

Step 2

Tap 'Settings' from the menu.

Step 3

Take note of the 6-digit User ID below the 'Account' section.

Step 4

Email the Candide Support team via support@candide.com. Quote the 6-digit User ID and the name of the person the membership will be shared with.

The team will also need the name, email address and postcode of the person who purchased the membership.

Following these steps will allow the other member(s) to view and scan the ticket on their phone when visiting the garden, even if you cannot attend.
