You can purchase a day ticket to the wonderful gardens and parks of Trewithen via the Candide website here.

For a step-by-step guide on how to do this, please follow the below instructions:

Step 1

Select the 'Buy tickets' button on the garden page.

Step 2

Choose the 'Garden Entry' option and press 'Continue'.

Please note: If you wish to buy a house tour and garden entry ticket, please ensure you select 'House Tour' at this stage.

Step 3

This will open the booking widget, from here you can select the type of visitor you are buying a ticket for and the date you would like to visit. You can select multiple ticket types to add to your cart.

Click on the white arrows beside the visitor type to bring up the dropdown for how many tickets you would like to add.

Once you have added the tickets, select the day you would like to visit by clicking on the date on the calendar. To see the availability for other months, tap the month and year at the top of the calendar or scroll through the dates by tapping the arrows or the month beneath the calendar.

When selected the date will appear green if there is plenty of availability, orange if tickets are almost sold out and red if there is no availability for the chosen date.

The total value of the tickets will show under the date booked.

Ensure that the box to accept the booking terms is ticked, if it appears white, click on the box. You will not be able to progress to payment if this is unticked.

Once completed, click 'Add to Cart'.

Step 4

Check the details of your ticket. If you would like to change the date or the ticket type, click on the 'EDIT' button. Alternatively, you can delete the ticket by clicking 'REMOVE'.

Enter your contact information and payment details by selecting the boxes in the left-hand side. Please fill in all the boxes and double-check the information is correct before continuing.

Please note: you will need to complete the booking within 30 minutes.

Step 6

Select 'Pay' to complete your booking. You will receive an email with your receipt and an email with your ticket QR code to scan upon entry to the garden.
