When a gift membership is purchased, the gifter can choose the date the gift email is sent to the gift recipient. If they change their mind following the purchase, the date can be amended via the following steps.

Step 1

Tap on the Search function under 'Gifts'.

Step 2

You can search by name or email of both the gifter and giftee. Once you have found the Gift membership, select it.

Step 3

To update the gift date, select 'Update send at date'

Step 5

Tap the date, and from here you will be able to select the new date for the gift to be sent. Once the correct date is chosen, select 'Update'

The gift will be updated with the new date.
