Step 1

Go to the VCMS and select 'Codes' from the menu.

Step 2

Scroll down and enter the email address of the visitor

Step 3

Check the details of this code. This will show as 'Active' in green, 'Expired' in red or 'Fully Claimed' in orange.

If the code was generated by mistake, 'Invalidate' will delete the code. If there was a typo in the email address, you can select 'Resend', amend the address and the code email will be sent again.

If the code has expired, you can extend it by a week by selecting 'Extend'.

If the code shows as 'Fully Claimed' it has already been used to redeem a membership by the visitor or someone they visited with.
