If a visitor requests to change the date of their visit, you can request the Candide Support Team do this for you via email@example.com.
Alternatively, you can do this yourself by following the below steps.
Search for the visitor and select their day ticket.
Select 'Changed Booked Date' within the 'Day Ticket Details' box.
Click the current date and find the new date within the calendar.
If you need to change the timeslot, select the dropdown arrow to choose a new time.
Press the 'Update' button to complete the change.
