If a visitor requests to change the date of their visit, you can request the Candide Support Team do this for you via support@candide.com.

Alternatively, you can do this yourself by following the below steps.

Step 1

Search for the visitor and select their day ticket.

Step 2

Select 'Changed Booked Date' within the 'Day Ticket Details' box.

Step 3

Click the current date and find the new date within the calendar.

If you need to change the timeslot, select the dropdown arrow to choose a new time.

Step 4

Press the 'Update' button to complete the change.
