If a visitor is unable to find their QR code or their smartphone is not working, you can search for their information to check them in.

Step 1

In the VCMS menu, go to 'Tickets' and select 'Search'.

Step 2

On the Search screen, type in their name, email address or postcode. Check that there are no spaces at the beginning or end of the word.

Select the name of the visitor from the list.

Step 3

On the visitor's membership or ticket page, scroll down and press 'Check-in Visitor'
