Step 1

If the QR code is not scanning, ask the visitor to read out their code from their smartphone.

Select 'Enter the code manually' below the scanning square and type the letters into the grey box, in block capitals.

Step 2

Click the 'Continue' button to complete the check-in.

Step 3

If the screen shows 'Ticket not found', click the 'Go back' button. Check they have provided the correct code and try again.

Loss of internet

If your internet connection is down temporarily, keep a log of the code and number of visitors which have arrived so that you can put these into the VCMS manually when you are back online.
