If you have a Microsoft email address and are not receiving an email you are expecting from us, for example, a password reset email or if you have made a purchase through Candide, you may need to add Candide to your 'Safe Senders' List in your Microsoft email account.
You will need to log into your email account in a web browser.
Once you are logged in, please tap on the settings button in the top right-hand corner of the screen:
You will then need to click on the
'View all Outlook settings' button.
This should open up the Email Settings Screen, where you will need to select
'Email' > 'Junk email' to bring up the blocked senders list.
Please Search to see if our email address is on your Blocked senders list:
If we are, then you can press the little bin icon to remove us from the list.
It is then advisable to add us to your Safe senders list to ensure that you receive our emails once again.
