You can renew your membership when it is due to expire, or if it has expired.
Please ensure that you have the latest version of the Candide app from the Apple Store or Google Play Store.
Once you are logged in, tap the 'Community' tab at the bottom of the screen, and you will see the Activity Launcher at the top. Then, tap the 'Tickets' button.
This will launch the Membership summary screen for you, where you will see the option to 'Renew' your Garden Membership.
Tap the 'Renew' button to start renewing your Garden Membership. You can change the ticket details during the renewal process.
The following screen will show the ‘valid until’ date of your newed membership, this is valid for a year from the date of purchase.
For example, if you are paying for your membership renewal on the 22nd of March 2021, it will show ‘valid until 22nd March 2022’.
Tap to agree to our terms and conditions, then tap the 'Continue' button.
You can then add, edit, or remove adults and children as needed. There is a maximum of 4 adults and 4 children per membership.
When you have entered all the memberships tap 'Pay by Card' and enter your card details.
Tap 'DONE' once you have entered your card details
Once your payment has been successful, your membership will be renewed.
